Diamond S. Portable Buildings is a family business owned by Tommy Santos and Brittnee Willis. We launched this new venture September 11, 2012, in Castroville, Texas thanks to help of our friends at True Value. We now have 3 locations. One at 1986 us-90 E Castroville Texas right next to Dollar General, Lytle, Texas on 19650 S. I-35 Frontage Rd., and San Antonio, Texas on 1506 US 281 S. We are 100% committed to Derksen Portable Buildings and are proud to be your local Derksen dealer. The high demand for quality portable buildings and the great reputation of Derksen became very apparent when I was selling real estate in Bandera, Texas, so when the opportunity to open our own dealership near my hometown of Hondo, Texas opened up, we jumped on it! It is a high priority to me and my family to provide a quality building with a great deal of emphasis on CUSTOMER SERVICE. Diamond S Portable Buildings is open Monday thru Saturday and closed most Sundays.

Additionally, this program is flexible, with no penalties for early payoff, ensuring that once the rental term concludes, ownership of the building seamlessly transfers to you.

WARRANTY AND QUALITY ASSURANCE

Derksen assures quality through a comprehensive 5-year limited warranty on materials and workmanship for our standard product line, and a 3-year limited warranty for our Best Value series. We take pride in our history of exceptional craft, vowing to address any construction or material discrepancies outside the expected wear and tear of an outside storage building. Coverage extends to the core components of the constructions, including metal elements, roofing shingles, pressure-treated lumber, and siding, aligning with the manufacturer’s warranties.
